Permabond® A130 is designed to lock and seal metal parts. It is ideally suited for use on components that need to be dismantled for maintenance. Giving outstanding vibration resistance it can be used to replace a wide range of mechanical locking devices. Its excellent chemical resistance makes it suitable for sealing small hydraulic and pneumatic fittings and can dramatically reduce the effects of corrosion.
Surface Preparation Prior to Using Permabond A130 Threadlocker
Though the anaerobic adhesives will tolerate a slight degree of surface contamination, best results are obtained on clean, dry and grease free surfaces. The use of a suitable solvent-based cleaner (such as acetone or isopropanol) is recommended. In general, roughened surfaces (~25μm) give higher bond strengths than polished or ground surfaces. To reduce the curing time, especially on inactive surfaces (such as zinc, aluminium and stainless steel), the use of Permabond A905 or ASC10 can be considered.
How To Use Permabond A130 Threadlocker
1) Prevent the tip from touching metal surfaces during application
2) When working with through holes, dispense a bead of material across the contact length of the threads
3) When working with blind holes, apply several drops down the threads to the bottom of the hole.
4) Assemble and torque the parts as necessary
5) Replace lid to bottle to avoid contamination of remaining liquid adhesive

We use a variety of carriers depending on the size of the order, these include DX, APC & Royal Mail and sometimes a personal delivery service for local orders.

For the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the delivery charge is £18.75.
For Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Jersey, our delivery charge is £18.75.
Returns
Change of Mind Returns
“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error (accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour), items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.
We will accept a change of mind return provided it meets the following guidelines:
Return within 14 days
Return with proof of purchase
Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for certain personal protection products such as face masks, gloves and sanitiser amongst others unless there is a product fault. Thank you for your understanding.

Faulty Product Returns
If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges (delivery maybe charged at a subsidised rate). If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference or receive a partial refund.
Refunds
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors, we reserve the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at our sole discretion.
